What is Dysport?
Dysport®, abobotulinumtoxinA, is an injectable FDA approved to temporarily diminish the wrinkles between the eyebrows. While it is similar to BOTOX® Cosmetic, it works in a slightly different way. When injected, Dysport® causes the facial muscles to relax by blocking the communication between nerve endings and their surrounding muscles.

How does Dysport work?
When injected into specific regions of the face, Dysport® relaxes the targeted muscles, causing significantly reduced worry lines across the forehead and between the brows. Treatments take no more than 30 minutes to complete with no discomfort; however, a topical numbing cream may be applied to alleviate any anxiety.
What should I expect from Dysport?
The results from Dysport® are immediate and improve over time. It is recommended to receive treatments every three to four months to maintain the softened appearance of furrows and creases.
Am I a good candidate for Dysport?
